Selle Italia has been investing in research and development since its foundation, because it believes that growth is only possible through innovation, and last summer it launched Green-Tech: a production process that makes it possible to manufacture products with a low environmental impact that are ecologically sustainable, fast and at a competitive cost.

It is an automated system. It allows the production of high quality saddles without the use of adhesives and polyurethanes, substances that are known to have a high environmental impact.

In fact, the saddle is made using Flex Control technology, which is a special shell made up of two elements with different flexibilities that ensure greater comfort and resistance compared to products in the same market segment.

The third component is the frame made of Fec Alloy, an iron-carbon steel alloy with high strength and flexibility.
