The ski comes as a set, so all you have to do is slide in the Shift-In binding on the baseplate and get going right away. You can adjust grip and glide instantly without getting off the skis.

Ski length recommendation:
When choosing a ski length (size), your body weight is key. If you are between two weight ranges, it is recommended that beginners choose the shorter ski. If you are a technically advanced skier, the longer ski is recommended.

201 cm = 85 - 95 kg
206 cm = 90 - 100 kg
