The Ortles Hybrid Tirolwool jacket is a thermo-regulating insulation jacket from Salewa for women. It was designed to meet the specific insulation needs of different areas of the body during highly dynamic activities in cold conditions. Thanks to the robust Durastretch inserts, it is ideal for rough, alpine activities.

Hybrid design meets hybrid insulation - Tirol Wool Responsive is Salewa's proprietary, lightweight insulation fabric that combines innovative polyester fibers reinforced with thermoactive minerals with wool from Tirolean mountain sheep. The heat emitted by the body is absorbed and converted into infrared radiation, which is stored and reflected, keeping you warm for longer. Tirol Wool Responsive is water-repellent, breathable and keeps you pleasantly warm even when wet. It thus provides optimal moisture transport, balances temperatures and protects against freezing.

The fitted, rear-adjustable, insulated hood provides additional protection. Strategically placed stretchable inserts ensure optimal freedom of movement and since the Salewa Ortles Hybrid insulating jacket can be packed up to save space, it fits in any backpack and can be worn under any hard shell jacket.
