The Ortles 3L Gore-Tex® jacket from Salewa is ideal for high alpine tours, and it is named after the well-known mountain Ortler. It offers exactly what you need at these altitudes - protection from rain and storms without losing breathability.

The durable three-layer material is connected to an extremely strong membrane, and the woven Gore® Micro-Grid backer layer and lighter Gore-Tex Paclite® inserts reduce unnecessary weight. The uncomplicated but fully functional shell features an ergonomically designed, helmet-compatible storm hood with a high collar and a one-handed adjustment system on the back. The front zip is waterproof, cuffs can be adjusted with Velcro and pit zips under the arms ensure good ventilation.
