The Salewa Mountain Trainer Mid GTX® is a lightweight hiking and trekking boot for women who love to be relaxed and comfortable in the mountains. The feet stay dry at all times because the breathable Gore-Tex lining has been incorporated.

The hiking shoe is made of robust suede leather and abrasion-resistant textile material, and it meets the requirements of both ascent and descent in mixed and technical terrain. The Mountain Trainer Mid GTX® uses a midsole with Bilight technology for this. It is two-layered for high cushioning and ergonomically shaped - for a good grip in the shoe and reliable wearing comfort even on long hikes.

In the ankle area, the Flex Collar allows increased freedom of movement backwards and thus a lot of comfort when descending, even with heavy luggage. The light, firm Vibram Wrapping Thread Combi (WTC) outsole ensures a stable, yet natural walking feeling. The patented Salewa 3F system offers flexibility, heel support and a blister-free fit right from the start. The Gore-Tex Performance Comfort lining ensures optimal weather protection and climate comfort.
