A lightweight, comfortable and well-ventilated 22-liter women's backpack for technically demanding tours and via ferratas. The Salewa Mountain Trainer 2 features a body-hugging Dry Back carrying system and split shoulder straps for improved breathability and freedom of movement. The slim 22-liter version has a top zipper and an easily accessible front compartment.

The Dry Back Contact carrying system ensures that the load is carried close to the body while keeping your back dry. This is achieved by reducing the contact area and 3D ventilation channels, which provide more evaporation per cm² than traditional designs and reduce the temperature in the mid-back area. The hip belt completely encloses the hips and has an additional equipment loop for via ferrata carabiners and a practical zippered pocket.

For more stability and improved control, the Twin Compression System (TCS) has an upper and a lower compression range that allows you to easily regulate the volume. This means you can always stabilize the load centrally. The lightweight split shoulder straps give your arms plenty of freedom of movement and further reduce the contact surface, so you sweat less and the air can circulate better.

This backpack is made for the mountains: it offers daisy chain loops, attachment options for trekking poles, a rain cover, easily accessible mesh side pockets, a pocket integrated into the hip belt and other functional features.
