Salewa makes the Comici jacket from an innovative welded AlpineWool softshell material that does not let wind through. The wool used inside is a pleasant additional insulation. Another layer of protection is the 100% PFC-free durable water repellent DWR finish. The inside with integrated windproof membrane, on the other hand, allows sweat and water vapor to escape easily, so you stay warm and dry. The mechanical four-way stretch gives you unrestricted freedom of movement on technical terrain. AlpineWool is made from wool from mountain sheep and then blended with polyester yarns.

The Comici jacket is specifically designed for demanding conditions in the mountains. This is ensured by features such as the special cut for optimal freedom of movement - without the hem riding up when climbing - and the ergonomic sleeves and shoulders, which do not hinder you when you reach far up. The storm hood with pre-shaped peak fits over a climbing helmet thanks to its ergonomic shape and can be easily and quickly adjusted with one hand in the back. In addition, the jacket has two zippered chest pockets, Velcro adjustable cuffs and an adjustable elastic hem to keep the cold out and the warmth in according to your needs. The welded elements and few seams contribute to a clean look.
