The Macchu Harness by Petzl is designed for children under 40 kg for sport climbing. 

Thanks to its wide adjustment range and the possibility of combining the harness with the optionally available body-shoulder strap, the macchu grows with the kids and adapts to the progress of young climbers. The hip belt and leg loops are padded like the adult harnesses to ensure comfort when hanging. The two double-back buckles make it easier to centre the hip belt and rope attachment points.

The coloured safety loop allows a quick visual check. The Macchu Children's Harness by Petzl has two material loops and a fastening possibility for the chalk bag like the belts for adults.

Please note:
For children whose hips are not yet sufficiently shaped, the belt must be supplemented with the Body Comfort shoulder harness to prevent them from tipping backwards in the event of a fall.
