The design of the AirScape back panel is made of foam covered with mesh in an accordion cut. A very breathable seamless mesh runs smoothly from the lumbar area into both hip belt fins, providing ventilation and a very high level of comfort. It distributes weight evenly across the hips and keeps the load close to the body. The back length of the Tempest 30 women's hiking backpack is adjustable, which provides an even better individual fit and the greatest possible comfort.

The zippered compartments on both sides of the hip belt allow quick and easy access to your cell phone, GPS or snacks. An easily accessible top zippered compartment is also ideal for small items that you want to access quickly.

The Osprey Tempest 30 backpack has an external hydration bladder compartment with a loop holder that makes accessing and refilling your hydration bladder super easy. Thanks to the Stow-on-the-Go attachment, your poles are safely stored when you don't need them. The Tempest also has a LidLock helmet attachment and offers you the option of attaching an LED light.
