The Col Becchei vest from Ortovox is designed for demanding ski tours. The elastic fabric ensures freedom of movement and the wind and water-repellent properties make the vest a faithful companion.

To make the athletically cut ski touring waistcoat particularly light, elastic and robust, Ortovox used Merino Naturetec Light as the main fabric: it ensures excellent breathability and elasticity and yet has a wind-repellent effect. On the inside at the back, Tasmanian merino wool offers great comfort and regulates the climate naturally.

Technical inserts in the front area, made from a special three-layer Warp Knit fabric with a windproof membrane, protect against the elements, but still remain breathable. At the same time, air pockets in the fabric provide optimal insulation. For the sake of the environment, the Vest is PFC-free.

The details are designed for demanding tours in alpine terrain: the front pockets are optimized for backpacks and allow quick access at any time. Elasticated arm cuffs ensure optimal arm freedom of movement, while the elasticated hem keeps draughts and snow out.
