With the Merino Naked Sheep line, Ortovox focuses on the essentials: Low weight, optimal protection with sufficient comfort. The hardshell jacket is lightweight and technically sophisticated, but at the same time robust and comfortable. Wind and waterproofness as well as breathability are provided by the Dermizax NX membrane from Toray - the highest-performance membrane Ortovox uses.

For an optimal fit - even with a climbing harness - the hardshell jacket has a 2-way zip. On the underarms, a 2-way zip brings ventilation during sweaty climbs. Soft inserts made from a merino fabric mix at the chin and the 2-way adjustable, helmet-compatible storm hood offer comfort and protection in rain, snow or icy conditions.
