After Maloja already designed its own cross-country ski with Kästle and launched an exclusively designed “Soul in the Woods“ gravel bike in collaboration with the Swiss specialists OPEN Cycles in 2020, the WiaWis x Maloja “Soul in the Mountains“ edition now follows: The sleek as well as smooth Alpeca-Fully with 100 mm suspension travel, a comfortable all-rounder with clear race genes.

The young Korean brand WiaWis (Winning in Action, Winning in Spirit) is still seen as an insider tip in the scene, but is already represented in the World Cup and at the Olympic Games. Since 2020, WiaWis is the outfitter of the Maloja Pushbikers cycling team on the road and off-road.

The basis of all Maloja “hardware excursions“ is the close connection to the partner brands. They are joint projects, grown from the passion for the sport, the relationships with the athletes and the cooperation partners. They are collaborations that bring people together in a special way. In which people learn from each other, inspire each other – and create a high-quality product that represents the entire environment.

At Alpeca, this includes not only WiaWis but also the component specialists, above all Magura, Kenda, Manitou, Reynolds Cycling, SUNringlé, FSA, SRAM and SQlab. Especially in a year affected by delivery problems, the project could only be realised with the great commitment of all those involved.
