Like its big brother, the Makalu Lite AS is equipped with the new Aergon Air. Designed specifically for trekking, the new generation of grips has been further optimised for comfort and control.

The new cavity technology makes it possible to combine lightweight construction with large contact areas. The grip head is fully rubberised for maximum grip and control when descending. The optimal guidance of the Leki Makalu Lite AS telescopic pole is supported by the inclined angle and thus contributes enormously to safety on the mountain.
