By using Biax Glass, K2 processes a lightweight glass layup which makes for a consistent and smooth flex at 0 °and 90°. The BAP core is a three species blend of renewable timber which makes the core strong, lightweight, and durable. The sintered 4000 base absorbs wax easily for relentless glide and durability.

Next to the K2 Split Bean Splitboard there are also pre-cut skins, hardware and mounting pucks included in the delivery.
