The Icebug Newrun BUGrip GTX are classic running shoes. Made for those who train all year round mainly on asphalt and gravel paths and prefer the benefits of waterproof Gore-Tex membrane.

The focus during development was on comfort and traction. To allow room to move in cold temperatures, the last of the NewRun is shaped to keep the foot in a roomy toe box and straight toe line. For comfort and stability, especially on longer sessions, the midsole is well cushioned. The BOA Fit System can be individually adjusted and offers a fit solution tailored to the specific area of use with even pressure distribution. 

Equipped with 17 dynamic carbide spikes, the BUGRip outsole of the Icebug Newrun BUGrip GTX running shoes provides grip on a variety of surfaces - from wet asphalt, mud and snow to pure ice. The tip of the spikes is made of high-quality tungsten carbide, a material 25 times harder than steel.
