This highly sophisticated insulated jacket does not use feathers at all. It is lined with Primaloft Gold, a warm, lightweight and water-repellent synthetic lining material. Pack it in your backpack for extra protection from the cold while climbing, or simply wear it under your regular winter jacket. The insulation jacket is also made from Spinner Ripstop, a lightweight and strong fabric made from 100% recycled polyester. The synthetic Primaloft Gold lining is also made from 100% recycled polyester. Primaloft Gold has a similar warmth-to-weight ratio to down, but is far superior in wet conditions.
