The Kore 85 W from Head is a high-performance freeride ski with a piste-oriented character and super-light construction. Head's focus on weight reduction does not mean that the ski loses performance – on the contrary: the Fabrics used reduce weight without sacrificing performance.

Head uses super-light Graphene in tip & tail, which saves weight and allows Fabrics to be redistributed wisely. The lightweight yet stiff Karuba wood core is enclosed in a carbon fabric, which gives the Kore 85 W stability and edge hold. The newly developed Top Sheet provides that extra bit of durability.
