Product details: Fritschi Tecton 13 incl. Stoppers Alpine Touring Bindings Copper / Yellow Green / Black
The Fritschi Tecton is perfect for free skiers looking for an active, dynamic skiing experience in challenging terrain. Regardless of whether the vertical metres at the start of the adventure are mastered using your own physical strength or with ski lifts, the downhill-oriented, reinforced hybrid binding with a high DIN adjustment range offers maximum power transmission for precise and dynamic control of the skis.
Carbon reinforced front and rear jaws make the Fritschi Tecton even more stable and durable. The proven Tecton freeride binding achieves the performance and safety of alpine bindings.
The Fritschi Tecton 13 impresses the powder fan not only with the best downhill performance. On the steepest slopes, it gives a secure hold and only releases when it really has to. It is just as strong on the ascent. The light weight and easy operation make all powder slopes effortlessly accessible.
Free Touring beyond limits: The exceptional alpine heel with rail is responsible for the direct power transmission from boot to ski, similar to an Alpine binding. Any unwanted release is prevented by the long dynamic path. The binding reliably releases at the DIN setting.
In the back, where the forces are highest, the Tecton remains as stable and precise as an alpine bind-ing. The hold-down system with a non-turning alpine heel jaw and the rail transmits the power directly from the boot to the ski without any loss.
The easy step-in and the intuitive control provide security, especially in challenging terrain. The right mix of light high-tech synthetics and high-quality metal alloys provides superior stability at a low weight.
Including different coloured colour clips
The binding comes with ‘copper’ colour clips as standard. The colour clips ‘yellow-green’ and ‘black’ are also included. The clips are easily interchangeable, so the design of the binding can be customised.
Features:
• Alpine heel clamps with rail: The rail engages in the back of the boot, fixes it in the centre and prevents loss of power. The heel clamp presses the boot sole firmly onto the heel plate, which is directly connected to the ski.
• Lateral release at the front with DIN value adjustment and 13 mm dynamic travel for the tip of the boot
• DIN values adjustable at the front and rear
• Emergency release sideways at the front in walking mode
• Metal plate integrated in the alpine heel counter: easier and smoother transition from walking to ski mode
• Newly designed ski stopper plate: Easy entry with all boot sole profiles
• Release lever fully integrated into the opening lever: Prevents the release lever from breaking due to snow being knocked off the boot sole
• Newly designed operating lever front and heel with integrated metal inserts: High resistance to sharp steel ski pole tips. Easier handling.
