The special three-dimensional origami design and the unique technology of the Vibram Lite Base sole give the shoe a super modern look. The FiveFingers One Quarter is equally comfortable worn barefoot or with socks. Even though the One Quarter is foldable, it retains the comfortable fit of a regular shoe.

The bamboo material used in the insole increases cooling comfort. Lite Base technology reduces the thickness and weight of the rubber outsole, yet maintains grip. This new technology reduces the base thickness by up to 50 % compared to an identical sole design and allows for an overall weight reduction of up to 30 %.
