It is perfect for those who strive for the ‘perfect shot’ or trick. The ski features a poplar and ash wood core with carbon stringers, providing a great blend of light bounce and stiff power. It also has a carbon rubber stomp pad under the binding to cushion hard landings and a symmetrical shape for easy switch skiing.

The 7 mm XL sidewall provides excellent edge grip and protects the wood core. So if you're looking for a high-performance, versatile ski, the Studio 1 from Faction is just right for you!

Carbon/Rubber Stomp Pad
A 600 mm long and 15 mm wide carbon/rubber reinforcement over the edge in the binding area further strengthens this playful all-mountain ski where it matters most. It not only protects the wood core during hard rail action, but also provides extra stability and absorbs vibrations under your boots so that you and your skis can land high drops with stability.

Poplar core
Poplar is a light-coloured, medium-weight, durable softwood with good flex and pop as well as
excellent vibration damping. Because only a single wood is used here, the ski jumps, butters and stomps like a classic park ski. At the same time, however, it has sufficient torsional stability for impressive grip on the descents.

Carbon Stringer
Between 8 and 12 unidirectional carbon strips enclose both sides of the wood core and give the ski additional stability without increasing its weight. Each carbon strip is woven into the fibreglass, providing additional stability and stiffness throughout the ski.

Offers optimal carving capabilities. Mounting at the “Classic” mark optimizes float in deep snow. Best suited for: Skiers with a traditional stance, former racers, and big mountain enthusiasts.

“Progressive” is the recommended mounting position for the Prodigy, Dancer, La Machine, and Agent product lines. It is the most versatile position and offers a balance between carving performance and maneuverability. Ideal for: All-rounders who are into both freeriding and freestyle.
• New School
The "New School" position is for those who ski with a playful, freestyle-influenced style and want to maximize their turning ability and potential for butters, tricks, and spins. Also ecommended for the Mana series. Ideal for: Pure freestylers.
