At the same time, it's stiff enough underfoot for serious carving, so you can also go for precise turns. This makes it a real all-rounder that motivates you to keep going for the next run - the only way to get better is to keep going back up and trying again.

For the 24|25 season, a carbon/rubber stomp pad has also been added to dampen vibrations during hard landings or high speeds. All in all, the Faction Prodigy 2 is a super fun ski that will inspire you on any terrain!

Poplar core
Poplar is a light-coloured, durable softwood with good flex and pop as well as excellent vibration damping. Ash is a heavier hardwood that adds stiffness and durability to poplar. This duo offers good grip on hard snow, a solid base for safe landings and enough pop and flex to get creative.

XL 2.5 mm edges

Elliptical sidecut
The elliptical radius sidecut consists of a longer radius underfoot and
shorter radii in the tip and tail. The wide radius in the centre increases the turning ability,
while the shorter radius in the tip and tail enables easier turn initiation.
This sidecut guarantees a wide range of turn lengths, radii and mounting positions.

Directional Twintip
A significantly narrower tail compared to the shovel ensures ultimate downhill performance - the attack mode on the mountain. The twin shovel at the tail stands for playfulness and freestyle attitude, you can easily ride switch.

Carbon/rubber stomp pad
A 600 mm long and 15 mm wide carbon/rubber reinforcement over the edge in the binding area additionally strengthens this playful all-mountain ski where it is most important. It not only protects the wood core during hard rail action, but also provides extra stability and absorbs vibrations under your boots so that you and your skis can land high drops with stability.
