The Exped Ultra 3R Mummy M sleeping mat is perfect for self-powered adventures such as trekking, long-distance hiking, bikepacking and alpinism, in spring, summer or autumn, with temperatures ranging down to -5°C.

If every gram counts, then a sleeping mat from the Ultra series is the right solution. It is trimmed for minimal weight and pack size. The mummy shape reduces weight and pack size to a minimum.

With the Synmat Technology - Texpedloft insulation used, the air chambers are welded on the top and bottom. This prevents cooling air circulation. The 7 cm thick air chambers support the body and ensure comfort and good support. Raised side chambers center and keep the sleeper on the mat. The outer material of the Ultra mats is made from recycled 20D ripstop material.

Includes Schnozzel Pumpbag: Quick, moisture-free inflation of the mat without lung force.
