With the separate and quickly accessible safety compartment for probe and shovel, the touring backpack keeps the most important items at hand in case of emergency. Also new is the variable fixation system. With two separate straps, skis, snowboard and snowshoes can be attached to the outside of the backpack in no time: Skis diagonally or in an A-shape, snowboard and snowshoes vertically. In addition, the flexible attachment straps serve for lateral compression.

The women-specific nature of the SL back length is already evident in the back length: on average, women do not have quite as long a back as men.
