Shift IN Binding
You can turn the Shift-In button directly on the ski to the right for more grip, or to the left for more glide. In the zero position, you get a balanced combination of features.

Ski length recommendation:
Relevant for the recommended ski length for cross-country skiing is the body weight!
If two lengths fit, beginners tend to choose the shorter ski, advanced skiers tend to choose the longer ski.
