The innovative FF BLAST™ PLUS midsole of the Asics GEL-KAYANO™ 32 running shoe has a raised sole height and offers soft, responsive cushioning that reduces weight. The 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™ provides additional stability. It dynamically adapts to your weight and supports an even, secure stride.

The breathable, seam-reduced mesh upper provides a lightweight feel, and a knit pull tab at the heel makes the shoe easier to put on and take off.

A reinforced tongue wing improves support in the midfoot area, and together with PureGEL™ technology in the rearfoot it ensures an exceptionally comfortable fit. The Asics GEL-KAYANO™ 32 running shoe is soft yet stable.
