The Arc'teryx PROTON HOODY insulation jacket has been redesigned for demanding climbing missions and combines robustness with high breathability.

The model is made from durable and breathable Fortius™ Air 20 nylon fabric, 42% of which is made from recycled nylon. An FC0 DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating ensures that moisture is repelled.

The insulation consists of 80 gsm PrimaLoft® Gold, an air-permeable material made from 100% recycled fabrics that retains its performance even when wet. The 60 gsm PrimaLoft® insulated, helmet-compatible hood provides additional warmth and protection. 

Functional features include zippered hand pockets and a stretch chest pocket for secure storage of small items. A No Slip Zip™ main zipper prevents unwanted opening, while elastic cuffs and an adjustable hem keep out drafts. 

With a weight of 450 g (size S) and a back length of 68 cm, the PROTON HOODY insulated jacket offers a body-hugging fit with pre-shaped sleeves for optimal freedom of movement, comfort and easy layering during sports activities.
