8848 Altitude reintroduces the Waylen JR Jacket ski jacket - it presents a perfect balance between maximum comfort, excellent performance and sporty design. It has been manufactured with care and precision to meet the demands of skiing and winter in all weather conditions. 

Thanks to the durAtec® Extreme outer material, this jacket offers complete protection from the weather and wind, while at the same time offering excellent breathability to keep the body dry and comfortable during all activities. The 100-gram synthetic padding warms without restricting freedom of movement.

To keep snow and cold wind at bay, the jacket is equipped with a stretchy snow guard at the waist and adjustable cuffs with Velcro fastening. The robust and lined storm hood is easy to remove and sizes 140-170 cm have an adjustable drawstring. A mesh insert on the inner lining on the back ensures optimal comfort, while the soft fleece lining on the collar offers additional protection and warmth for the neck and cheeks.

The soft inner lining of the jacket is dyed with the e.dye® water-free dyeing system, a resource-saving process for dyeing materials. Two lined hip pockets with flaps, a chest pocket for quick access to the phone and a practical ski pass pocket on the sleeve offer plenty of storage space. Contrasting colored zippers of the highest quality from YKK® with woven drawstrings with tone-on-tone logos give the jacket a stylish touch. The decoration is understated and sophisticated, with an embroidered logo on the sleeve tape and the iconic "8" symbol on the sleeve.
